lac operon

Hi...

I am slightly confused..in A2 course...
So I know that genes require expression...in e coli, an example is the lac operon which enables them to take up lactose etc..

But what about other organisms? Do humans have operons for example?

Hiya,
Check out these video links- hope these help. I know that that topic is a bit confusing at first- make diagrams etc and keep going over the process, you will be fine. Humans do have it, for lactose.
