Hi,
I am new to all of this so I hope this is posted in the correct place.
I have previously spent 2 years in higher education and received 2 years worth of funding from Student Finance NI. I left my course early at the end of this academic year because I honestly hated it and regretted every moment.
I have now moved to England and have a job but I am really keen to return to higher education and do a degree in a different field. Student Finance NI have said that they can pay for years 2 and 3 of a new degree.
My question regards which company I apply to for the funding in years 2 and 3. Should it be SF NI or SF England where I am now normally resident? If it is SF England will they still pay for years 2 and 3?
Many thanks for all your help!!!

To receive SF from England, you normally have to reside here for 3 years before starting your course.

The funding calculation will remain the same, whetever you did your first two years of uni study. Both in NI and England, you will only be assessed for full funding in years 2 and 3.
