I too really dislike i'd go as far as to say hate fruit and veg, at a push i would have an apple or banana, but as far as veg goes its canned baked beans or mushy peas or nothing!
I started taking vitimin tabs with added vit c from superdrug and unless it is pychological or the fact i am now living a slightly more active lifestyle, i definatly feel better! but when i missed one for a day i felt awful so maybe my body is started to depend on them/be addicted...
anyway I think they work a little, and the amounts of things you get a re pretty small so shouldnt case too much damage(if any!)if you disagree with them
I was reading soemthing online , I can't cite it as it was a while ago, so don't take it as truth, but it basically said on vit tabs etc the RDA (recommended daily allowance) for vitimins and things that are "good" for you is more like a minimum daily allowance, like for vit c they recommended taking 2000mg a day! and tabs only have 180mg, so i'm not sure why tablets would make any real difference.
PS i am not recommending you take more than one tab a day! just something to think about, maybe have a word with ur gp next time you are there about how many vits you should take for a lack of fruit n veg in your diet, let us know what they suggest!
