It's just the blood vessels in and around your cheeks pumping hard to give your body and brain oxygen. It's perfectly natural, and best left alone. Perhaps you have paler skin than usual?
This exact thing happens to me. It's strange because it dosent happen to anyone else in my family :confused:

I dont really mind it though too be honest!

Heh, I get the same, and it is very annoying. For me I think it comes partly from being a red-head (= pale complexion). I've taken to pre-warning people since I know it's going to happen when I exercise, in the hope of reducing the shock of seeing me go illuminous. :redface: Actually, more a colour like :mad:
Just try and keep as cool as possible is all I can suggest. :smile:
