New prescription glasses giving me a headache
Previously my prescription was very low like 0.25 and 0.75 in each eye but now my eyesight has gotten worse and i've been giving new glasses with a stronger prescription..had them a few days but sometimes when i wear them i get a headache...do i need time to adjust to them or is the prescription wrong?

Go back to the optician and discuss it.
Try it for a few days as your eyes may take a while to adjust, but if they still hurt, then go back. Opticians can amke mistakes like i found with my pair this time.. i tried them for 3 days and still got bad headaches, so took the glasses back, and they had got something wrong with the glasses.

I thought they didn't make glasses for 0.25, why do you need glasses im 0.50 and don't need them??? Anyway maybe they are giving you headache because they are too strong, give them another week and see if you adjust.

I have something dodgy with the shape of my eyeball and i think glasses help dunno
astigatism possibly? anyway go back immediately.
why i say that is i had really bad trouble with a new prescription of glasses. i wore them for a week but they had been given me headaches and started to get double vision in my right eye, but like everyone else has suggested i thought i'd wear them and let my eyes adjust. when i went back and told them they retested and it turned the optician had given me a completely wrong astigmatism. they gave me a new prescription, the headaches went but the double vision still hasn't a year after.
while its a completely different case, i didn't see the double vision until it was too late.
