AS Biology.... Help Needed!

Hi guys,
For those of you who have studied AS Biology in the previous years, can you give me some tips as to how I can get a good grade in the subject?
I'm having a little trouble at the moment as the questions in the actual papers are giving me trouble...... Please help?

Practise the papers. If the questions are difficult, keep practising them, they won't get any easier for the exam.

I also found it useful to go through my textbook and see if I could condense the double-page spreads down to an A5 page of bullet points. That way, you have to understand the content in a very direct and concise way, which is great for exams.
