Help. Worried about architecture and civil engineering courses!

I am about to send of my application from ucas do architecture and civil engineering courses at bath and Southampton. However I am doing just civil engineering courses at 3 other unis. My problem is that I am worried that architecture will just make me slightly less qualified than a full civil engineer's degree because some modules are based on architecture and as architecture is a 7 year course when it's completely done a few modules on architecture is going to be pointless really and just make me less qualified as a civil engineer OR is it? I wanted to do some architecture because I like the art and design aspect as I do A level art and I even initially wanted to do architecture but is it good mixed with civil engineering or should I just stick with pure civil. This isn't about architecture engineering but or they possibly the same thing in this case..yeah I don't know a lot of things here.

I think the Unis look at individual applications before sending offers...don't worry :smile:
