I recently decided I want to get more interested in a healthy lifestyle. I started listening to my friends who are big into gym and nutrition and I find it very interesting and I felt loads better when I started following their advice about healthy eating.

I want to read more, but where do people learn this stuff? I don't have the budget to be eating all these weird fashionable health foods - I'm just more interested in eating a normal and healthy balanced diet. Not some of this hippy drippy stuff that you see floating around with not much evidence.
