whats the best way to stop feeling angry. i punched a bloke in the face last night cos he had made a comment about me. i know its rediculous and i shouldnt have done it but i couldnt keep the rage in. i also hurt myself when im angry, this sounds bad but i actually enjoy it, i know its not particullarly normal though, im angry now and dont really have any reason to be. i dont know, sometimes i feel like im going mad
You self harm? or you do stupid stuff that hurts you physically/emotionally?
If it's the former you need professional help, if it's the latter you need to stop and count to ten, and perhaps consider the consquences of such rash behaviour.
I get angry quite a lot but I've never punched anyone. Mostly I just yell if I have to, but I've found that writing things down on paper helps me a lot. Even if I don't send the letter to the relevant person I still feel better afterwards.
bottle it up, and save it for a time when you really have it to be angry, like when you accidentally spill someones drink, and then they run at you with a broken bottle, in attempt to erm, kill you.... can happen you know...
If i ever get angry i tend to scream into a pillow or something. Harming yourself isn't the way forward, try and find something to focus on, like others have said maybe a punchbag?
i can understand where ur comming from i use to self harm and it felt good but i am trying to quit btw what did the guy say about u ? and are u female or male? do u feel like u have nobody to talk to ? and do the littlist things get to u ...?

All these bloody questions get to me. Most things annoy me at some point, I will have someone to talk to soon, I'm going to the docs 2m, need to sort it.
