‘This Act does not adversely affect—(a) the existing constitutional principle of the rule of law…’
Constitutional Reform Act 2005, s 1

Was it sufficient for this Act to protect the rule of law without further explanation, or should Parliament have attempted to define ‘the existing constitutional principle’ in more detail?


Does anyone have any clue??
