# Sequence adn Series Help Please! watch

1. Hello I wondered if anyone could get me started on this question?

Find the sum of all the intergers from 1000 to 2000 inclusive which are not multiples of 7?

Thanks Alot, David
2. Find the sum of multiples of 7 in that range of numbers
3. yes very good but how?
4. Find the lowest number above 1000 that is a multiple of 7, that will be your first term. Then find the highest multiple of 7 below 2000, divide by 7 and that is your final term number. Alternatively, find the sum of multiples of 7 from 0-2000, then subtract sum of multiples of 7 from 0-1000
