I think the title mentioned it all; is it normal? I just recovered from a flu and I really don't feel like eating. I just bought myself a 1/4 roasted chicken breast and 2 scopes of mashed potatoes, which is quite tasty, but I really can't even finish them : /

The thing is, I managed to exercise today but haven't gotten to eat properly yet : [

Yeah I think it is normal as your body will still be run down from recovering from the flu and won't be up for eating as much even though it should to regain strength.

I'm just by with the flu too and my appetite went up and down like a yo yo during it. One min I was eating like a pig and then the next I wanted to puke at the sight of food. I still don't have much of an appetite but I know it will come back in a day or 2.

That's how I feel actually; the potatoes were delicious but I just stopped half way through since I feel like I wanted to throw up after that

Too bad for me since now they are getting cold : /

I wish I had a furry cat/pet to cuddle with (was thinking of getting one but have no idea how to bring it to the house lol)

I think so. It even happens when I get colds sometimes.

    Hope you're feeling better though!

Yes don't worry I felt the same even when I was recovering. Try some spicy soup it helped me so much. It'll alleviate symptoms as well as bring your appetite back
