J.P. Morgan summer interns 2015!
Hey, I don't think there is one out there so I created a forum for people who are going to be interning at J.P. Morgan in the summer of 2015.
Could be useful to discuss things like accommodation, etc. Or just an opportunity to meet fellow interns
I myself, will be interning in the Finance department of J.P. Morgan at the Bournemouth office. Apparently this is the first year they're bringing Finance to Bournemouth, so will be great if I can meet any other interns who will be in the same location doing Finance (as there's only likely to be 2 or 3 of us!)

I go to the University of Southampton and study B. Sc. Management. Not necessarily a 'target uni', or a target degree like economics, or maths. I think J.P. Morgan are a lot more open to applicants from different backgrounds.

I don't know whether or not you have to apply in the penultimate year. But unfortunately applications are closed.

Also is the 1st round interview competency based?

That's normal! I don't think J.P. Morgan use online testing for many of their positions, they didn't for mine

When they rang you up did they not tell you your location on the phone? Maybe have a look at your original location choice on your application.

No unfortunately they did not. They said they would let me know all the details by email. I chose London on my application but I am not sure whether I got London or not

Anyone know if JPM email you even if you don't get in? I had my AC about 17days ago now and they said they would probably get back to us within 14 days and that they will tell us if we do get in or if we don't. I haven't heard anything? Do they have a reputation for being late/Are they slow because it's near christmas? It was for technology btw...
