# abstract algebra- stab(f)Watch

Define stab(f) = { Sn : (f)=f}. Show that Stab(f) is a subgroup of Sn. Write down Stab(f) for the following polynomials in x1.......,x4
i) x42+ x1x2x
ii) x1x2 + x3x4

I have shown that Stab(f) is a subgroup of Sn; however, I am unsure as to how to write down Stab(f) for the polynomials
