Hi all,

I'm applying to study Economics and french at uni and have written the French part of my statement but struggling with the economics side. I wanted to start it from the perspective of economics on a human level, talking about living standards and welfare etc

I want to talk about how I find the way that macro policies affect living standards etc interesting. And the difference in Morocco's HDI compared with ours.

Anyone got any suggestions on how I can word it?! Cheers

You won't be able to use that sentence now in case it gets caught in the UCAS plagiarism checker (even if you edit it out, it may well have been cached by google already). Focus on the academics - if you talk about trips etc, make sure you relate it to your interest in economic theory
