Take full responsibility for your education!
by this get a copy of the syllabus, know where you should be so your teacher doesn't get you behind, you do so much more when you take full responsibility.

PAST PAPERS!!!!! (I don't know how else to emphasize its importance, I got CCD without them and had to repeat the year)

Studying doesn't need to be painful. You'll never have to do an all nighter if you manage your energy and time properly throughout the year.
