Go from general to particular, start by doing a general introduction in which you discuss the themes and just anything that applies to the whole poem. After that go line by line, clarifying each one and analysing any use of any literary devices, look at metre and rhymes too. You may even find that certain words have a lot of significance, if so write about them.
It's really scrutinising the poem. I hope this helps

You need to look at how the poem progresses, the themes, the significance of the language, just really pick apart the poem. Also don't forget use and reference critical essays and give evidence for all of your points.
