Had sex, now hes to scared to see me

Ok me and my bf had sex, it wasnt my first time, but it was his. He was really embaressed and kept saying sorry, now he wants to end things with me, cause he rekons hes not good enough! But i dont want things to end i really like him, but he just not getting the point!! HELP any one?

Aw no, that's never nice, especially when no-one's done anything wrong. Maybe you just need to let him some space to think things through and hopefully realise that he is good enough for you. Maybe you could try explaining that to him and then saying that as much as you want to continue with the relationship, you're going to give him the space to think it through?

You need to find out why he thinks he's not good enough.

And then tell him that you think he is, and why.

He's probably scared that you're going to want to be constantly having sex now you've done it the once, and needs reassuring that actually, it's ok to just mess around with foreplay and such and that you don't have to do "the works" each time you meet.

Thats the thing ive said all this, i told him that ill wait as long as it takes, its not why im in a relationship with him, i really do like him, i kust scared now he will leave me, cause we dont see eachother oftan as he is in uni

Guys when they first do it will be so nervous, its a new experience. Either he wasent ready for it in which case just stick to other things until hes ready or he has given himself a faulse opinion of himself and is telling himself hes no good!

You have got to make it very clear that that is not the case!

Hopefully it won't come to that, but if he does leave you, as hard as that might be, maybe he just isn't ready for a physical relationship. Now that that has been part of your relationship he might find it very hard to go back to being non-physical (if that make's any sense), so he might feel he can't go on in the relationship knowing that there has been physical-ness in the past. Sorry to sound depressing...
