If it was a worm, you should see a GP - as far as I'm aware there aren't any over the counter preparations for some intestinal worms. Probiotics won't help as worms are not bacteria.
Are you sure it wasn't some undigested pasta?

will the probiotics not increase good bacteria which will kill the parasites?
get a tablet from chemist, doctors will only tell u the same. They lay eggs at night and are hard to get rid of

You need to visit a Doc ASAP! Dont take the chance before it gets even more serious ... thats if it is a worm!

If you're at uni then you should be registered to a doctor in your uni town. If not then go to A+E.

This is serious! Don't ask me see ur GP!!

no. yakult will not kill intestinal worms.
