FP2 Complex Number Loci

Arg (3 - z) = pi/4

I'm supposed to draw out the locus of this. While I know the origin of the locus is (3,0), the angle formed in the answers is -3pi/4 and not pi/4 which I thought it was. Can someone explain to me why that is? I feel like I've missed out on a major principle while learning this.

A quick reply is appreciated.

to understand /investigate this try to see the effect of putting a minus inn the argument function

eg
arg(1+i) = ...
arg (-1-i) =...
