Dorothy Perkins website

Has anyone else been having probs with this site this week or is it just me?

I want to buy something from their website that isn't available in my local shop.

It lets me put the item in my online shopping basket, view my basket and put in my name and address details.

BUT when I click the 'next' button (to pay, so to put in my credit card details), it then gives me an error message. Which is fecking annoying cos I want to buy something!!!!

I sent their customer services an email about this today since I couldn't get through on the phone, but I guess what I want to know is, is it just me or are others suffering too?!

I was looking around the site today and it was really slow, i gave up in the end and didnt get as far as buying anything.

i was suffering reallly bad but then i payed by dads credit card (he let me) :biggrin:

problem was solved ...i was having problems it wont accept my credit card and i dont have any of the credit cards that were listed there what type of credit card are u using? it wont accept visa electron.

I was just using a Switch, but that's not the problem....the problem is, you view your shopping basket, click to check out, put in your name and address, but at the bottom of the name and address page there appears one of those little yellow and black warning signs saying 'error on page', so when you click through to put in your credit card details, it just displays an error message. Nothing to do with what card you're planning on using since it doesn't even let you get that far :mad:
