my eye hurts

Sigh. You know the part under the eyelid near towards the temple? Well it seems a little swollen there underneath, and sometimes when i close it hurts like theres a bruise there. My vision is still normal and all, but i'm just a lil worried :frown:

Do you have any 'gunk' or anything in your eye, or is it bloodshot? You might have an eye infection or coming down with one, when I get them I always feel like Ive been hit in the eye, it really hurts!

Or have you hit your eye or something without realising, or used something you normally dont that could have caused an allergic reaction?

Oooh scary I have that exact same thing atm, got it last night. The pain seems to have faded though so maybe it will with you? If you're a girl it may be the eye liner you use, might have infected your eye a little. Or you may simply have some trapped dirt...fish around a little, see if you find anything :biggrin:

You could have burst a small blood vessel through straining yourself. Like lifting something heavy or even bad vomitting. If thats the case it will probably just heal by itself as long as you dont strain it again.
