So has anyone here studied Nozick and have an idea on the criticism of the invisible hand explanation for the minimal state - I need some help understand (a) what he's actually describing, particularly apropos compensation and risk. (b) whether it succeeds (ie whether the state is morally legit).
I've been reading anarchistic criticisms but i'm not sure if they really follow nozick to begin with.
