Currently a 1st year at university studying business management. just been offered a 3 month marketing/business development internship with a startup company where they pay only expenses and end monthly bonuses if targets are hit. This would commence from about December 15 and be 20 unpaid hours a week.

I have 4 exams in January and I still have to catch up on revision quite a bit. Firstly I am unsure about managing the internship with my studies but also secondly I am wondering whether I am doing myself an injustice by taking a 3 month unpaid internship?

I mean I really want to do it on one hand as it would look great on the CV. However I wonder would I be able to get a better internship, perhaps even with a reputable company but one with pay as well? Am I doing myself an injustice or should I grab the opportunity with both hands??
