Hi, sorry but this might be a big paragraph. Around 2 years ago I suffered with depression, anxiety, self harm and I had issues with food. I was being bullied by teachers in my school, I decided to attempt to take my life, but as you've probably guessed I didn't succeed. I ended up in a psychiatric hospital. I've seen camhs a lot. Since then I've been diagnosed with diabetes, severe migraines and seizures, I'm currently in college and I'm starting to struggle to manage everything. I just feel really down and nervous about everything, I just need some advice on what to do any help is greatly appreciated

You have diabetes so monitor your blood sugar levels, watch what you eat, and most importantly, exercise
