My family bought a cheap treadmill for the lounge a year back. It AMAZING! Although it's not a very good treadmill, it does what a treadmill does and going on it in front of the TV in winter is great!

Wrap up warm? And wash your hands a lot in the gym?
I go to the gym a lot, run outside once a week and have also managed to fall in several rivers, yet still haven't gotten ill at all this semester despite being a fresher at uni - you'll be fine

Catching a cold os not affected by body temperature, simply if you're body comes into contact with the virus in a specific way. So chill and keep on running.

if you do go out though just wrap up! Don't they say it's your feet that make you catch a cold? ahah maybe this will help? http://www.simplyfeet.co.uk/index.ph...m-this-winter/ and it does say exercise helps!!!

exercise will boost your immune system!

just go out and start, the hardest part is getting out the door in winter but once you get going you'll warm up

Gym is inside.... and run on treadmill if needs be, or wrap up warm outside.

I love but also hate running in winter, along the hill in fog/frost but having to have a hat on because I have extremely sensitive ears.
