I quit smoking normal cigarettes a few weeks ago and since then have used e-cigs which only contain nicotine. Yesterday I bought some cigs and had to get rid as I couldn't even smoke one.. It tasted different to me n to strong which after 6 years of smoking makes no sense. Problem is that now I'm addicted to e-cigs.. help!

I quit smoking three weeks ago using e-cigs aswell and i'm having the same problem! Whenever I dont have the e-cig with me I start to panic and have the same effects as when I didn't have any fegs. I read up and apparently you should gradually cut down by reducing the nicotine levels in the liquids every 4-6 weeks. So if you start on 24mg, smoke it for a few weeks then try the 18mg liquids, and keep doing this until you're smoking one with 2mg or 0mg nicotine.

I'm a bit nervous about cutting down the nicotine though not sure ifI can do it!
