A 3g sample of a mixture contains Cu and Zn. Zn reacts with HCL but Cu does not. what is the mass % Zn in the mixture if 927 mL of H2 gas is collected over water at 740 mm Hg and 20 degrees celsius. the vapor pressure of water at 20 degrees is 17.5 mm Hg.

I imagine that the total pressure is the sum of the partial pressures so you can work out the proportion of the 927 mL of gas which is hydrogen and then apply the ideal gas equation...
