basically im currently an electrician and I get my hands dirty most days, and as a result ive now got contact dermatitis on both my hands.

I want to go and do an access course and become an ODP,

only problem is is wearing latex gloves each day will probably be just as bad for my hands as wearing work gloves, I really don't know what to do, I know there's no cure other than just trying to keep my hands clean and using creams.

Any help/advice or experience would be useful

You can always use latex free gloves.
