    What GCSE's shall i choose for A level if i want to become a doctor, no maths or physics please.
    So far i have chosen ICT, Biology and Chemistry. What have other people decided?
    I'm still in year11 and doing mocks eurgh. I go to a grammar school so if i don't get the grades they don't even consider me for 6th form -___-

    Just chose what you enjoy and are good at as long as you have chemistry and biology universities will be happy

    Biology/Chemistry are the most important when applying for medicine.

    You will find it harder to find unis who will accept you for medicine without maths a level. It's not impossible, but it will be a lot harder, especially considering that medicine is one of the most competitive courses.

    How about psychology-this will fit with Bio and Chem

    I'm going for medicine and am currently doing my AS.
    I don't think ICT is a good a-level especially if you want to go into medicine.
    Maths/psychology/geography/english lit are much better choices as ICT is considered a 'soft' subject. Since medicine is so competative, I wouldn't suggest choosing and soft subjects.
