LNAT - Timing

For those who've done LNAT:

Do you get a set time to do the questions and the essay or a set time for each question? E.g. would I get stopped after a certain time on the questions and then I'd start getting timed again once I started the essay, or is there a complete time which means you could happily leave the test centre having spent the whole time on the questions and 0minutes on the essay?

Thanks

I haven't done it yet (mine is booked for 28th October) but I am 100% sure that the exam is split into two parts. You have 80 minutes for the multiple choice questions followed by 40 minutes for the essay section.

Seaspray is right - there is 80 minutes for the multiple choice - but I did my LNAT last wednesday and didn't finish all the questions, I was just too pushed for time. As soon as the 80 minutes is up, the screen will go blank and then change to the essay screen. There's 40 minutes for the essay and I finished comfortably within that time.
