UAL VS Ravensbourne Watch

So this Term I have studied on one of the BA Graphic Design courses at UAL
, when interviewing months ago with the course leader i was worried that the course might not cater to motion graphics (which is what i want to do)!

After a lengthy discussion he informed me that we will be doing motion graphics and more! Great!

After studying my first Term this course has been more in-design based and they seem to be old school and more into traditional techniques, i.e. letterpress, printing press etc...

Although i find all aspects of design interesting i felt as though this was not for me as i am a motion graphics guy (i make things move), i have tried to have patience with the course as to be honest it is a fantastic course in a fantastic uni with fantastic facilities, but after listening to our tutors talk about the remainder of the what we can expect to be doing for the rest of the year, it seem as if this will be the way for the rest of my time at ual.

within the past week i have made steps to transfer to ravensbourne (another brilliant arts uni) via the Ba Motion Graphics course, they have looked through my portfolio of work and want to meet to iron out a few details before me starting at such an awkward time of the year.

I am very confused and don't really know what to do?

Do I stay patient at UAL or should i transfer to ravensbourne and not waste any more money studying something that may be not be for me when i have opportunity to study something i am passionate about ????????

All feedback would be appreciative!!!

Well I think you've answered your own question. If it's something you enjoy go for it I'm not sure if you've already transferred or not haha

It's better to do something you love and enjoy than dislike
