personal statement minor changes

Hi, I have a few things which I may need to change in my personal statement:

1. The number I want to use in my personal statement is 660000, which form should I write it in:
660,000 or
660 000 or
six hundred and sixty thousand

2. Is the "the" needed or does it make sense/sound better without it:
"...they have sufficient knowledge to add to..." or
"...they have the sufficient knowledge to add to..."

Thank You!

I would save the character count and go with 666,000 and the first statement without 'the'!
Reply 2
1. 660,000
2. without the 'the'
