English Lit/Lang Ella 3 struggling...

I'm really struggling with both sections. The teachers both say to go to them, if I need help but I don't even know what I need help with. I just seem to be unable to do it. I can't analyse well and I can't write a range of non fiction forms well. I haven't improved at all in three months. I really need my English grade to be good because I'm applying for English and creative writing at uni. I don't know what to do. Any good tips for completing the comparing 3 texts or the writing a non fiction task from an extract?

In AS I got a C and I had previously done so bad in mocks so am I stressing for no reason? Is it just the time of year being too earlier for me to have figured it out yet?
