Would there be a comma after 'Electronics' in the following sentence:
"Over the last two years in Electronics I made a system,a circuit and a software"
    Thank you

    Not necessary.

You do however need a space after "system,"

I'm also wondering what "a software" is. Perhaps you should rephrase that to "I made a system, a circuit and software" or "and a software programme"

Thank you, the sentence was just an example to avoid getting accused of plagiarism of my own work lol

    You're overthinking things.

Anyway, haven't you heard, plagiarism is all the rage these days

On a side note, electronics isn't a proper noun and doesn't need to start with a capital letter.

If naming the qualification as you have there, then it does need a capital letter. However if saying 'In electronics...' it doesn't need one

If you wish to use capitalisations; hyphens; and the Oxford comma, you need to be consistent throughout your Personal Statement. Of course there are proper ways to do it, but don't change your mind half way through.
