So food has been stolen from our flat for months now, including mine. However one of the girls turned round to me that some of the guys in the flat were stipulating it was me - mainly because one of them saw empty takeaway boxes that he assumed was the one I said was stolen. Apparently some of the guys turned round to say I was nice, I wouldn't do that. Im not allowed to confront them because she told me not to, but at the same time hurt and furious they would think so low of me ? not sure what to do?

Confornt them and say you over heard them speaking about you, so you dont get your mate in trouble and **** like this happeneds alot. What you can do is buy laxatives then put it in your own drinks and see if anyones sick in the next week and then you find your culprit
