The Student Room Group

Can anyone help with this criminal law problem scenario?

Amina, aged 15, had been told by her parents that they had arranged for her to marry a cousin in Pakistan when she turned 16. Amina did not want to marry anyone, including her cousin, and was already dating a boy from school, who she loved. She planned to run away to a hostel to avoid the upcoming marriage. Amina's parents and brothers supported the arranged marriage, but were aware that Amina was an independently spirited young woman. Through conversations with Amina's friends, her family was aware that she planned to run away, so they decided to lock her in her room to prevent this from happening.

Amina received food and drink from her family members, but decided that the best way out of her predicament was to starve herself so a doctor would be called. She therefore refused the food that was brought to her and slowly became emaciated and ill. Her family tried to reason with her, but with no success.

Miss Smith, Amina's form teacher, became aware of Amina's predicament due to her absences from school and information from her classmates. She phoned Amina a number of times and visited the house, but on each occasion was turned away with some excuse. She was very concerned but felt that there was little she could do. She eventually gave up all contact.

A lodger who rented a room with Amina's family, Nabeel, was also aware of Amina's situation, but considered that it was really none of his business.

Amina died of malnutrition.

Prepare the legal basis for prosecution cases against Amina's parents, brothers, Miss Smith and Nabeel.

I can find gross negligence manslaughter but surely there should be more than just that in there and I'm worried that I am overlooking something here.
If anyone can be of any help it would very much be appreciated. Thank you.
