Detox diet advice

Mixture of attempts at quitting smoking and working hard for UCAS and A2s means I've put on around 6Kg (13lb) in the last 6 or 7 weeks... I'm desperate to shift it - but I have a very busy lifestyle and think i need a quite strict plan to start off with... any advice? i think a detox plan would be especially good as it would also help to energise me etc
any ideas?

While a detox may be good to start off with, but it might be better to get a stable diet plan straight off. Something that you can stick to for the long term, otherwise at the end of your detox you risk returning to your old ways. It could be possible to do both, have a new diet plan, staying off toxins etc for the first week, but avoiding a huge change in diet which occur with the more extreme detox diets.
