Feelings for a girl in my class

I recently had to do a group assignment with a couple new people from my lectures/seminars and ended up meeting a girl I found attractive from my lectures.

I barely know her but we got talking a little got her number etc. But, I really don't know what to say or do. We both commute to uni and live far away from each other. As I haven't really made any contact with her outside of uni I feel like if I don't before the Christmas break it will be slightly weird.

I recently found out that she is also a lot older than me nearly just over 2 years older to be a bit more precise. This had made me feel a bit weird as I don't often meet people older. (especially me being the guy who is younger is weirder for me).

Should I really be concerned about the age gap and how should I talk to her via text or something as I haven't yet messaged her once?
2 years is nothing.
