Hello, my name is Shannon-Marie and I currently go to Central Saint Martins. I desperately need someone to take over my room as I cannot financially support myself any longer and need to move out. I live in The Costume Store, which is a brand new building, built in 2012. It is a very lovely place to live in because it's modern and clean. The costume store is a 2 minute walk away from North Acton tube station, which is in zone 2 and 3. It is a 10 minute journey to the London College of Fashion, and a 35-40 minute journey to the other colleges. My flatmates are really nice, polite, welcoming and mindful of others so there's been no trouble since everyone moved in. Also, the staff in the reception are very lovely and friendly, and willing to help with any problems that you have! There are also events that go on in the common room that bring everyone together and are free, like free yoga classes, dances classes and cocktail mixing classes. There is also a tesco, a costa, dominos, and other cafe's that are 2 minutes away which is very convenient.
Facilities: WIFI at no extra cost, En-suite bathroom, A luxrious common room with a TV, An art gallery, Vending machines and an On-site laundry room and Secure bike storage.
Price of Rent: £175 a week.
