Merchant of Venice (IGCSE)

'How effectively does Shakespeare set up the genre and the dramatic concerns of the Merhcant of Venice in Acts 1 and 2?' It is supposed to be around 1500 words. How should I structure it and what should I include? I'm grateful of any help at all. Thanks!!
