confused about this

i'm confused about this girl.

basically, i like this girl, but never did anything about it because i thought she hated me. long story short, even though she has reason to despise me (gained access to her account, told her she was stupid, told her i hated her, etc), and i believed she did hate me (this was told to me by a mutual acquaintance of ours).

so when my friend talks to her she tells her she 'likes me.' she goes she 'doesnt know even me that well personally' but 'doesn't hate me like everyone thinks' but 'likes me.'

she also said she doesn't 'know me enough to fancy me.'

so what does this mean? she lieks me how exactly? we've never even talked for over 3 minutes, but she 'likes' me? should i take this as a hint or does it just mean she likes me in a friendly, neutral way?

i think she likes you as a friend at the moment, but talk to her more so she gets to know you better and see where it goes form there. You will never no if you dont try.
