For maths, a good one is mrbartonmaths.com, trust me, there u can find past exam papers and a complete and extremely detailed revision guide, however, for the rest, I usually just go through my notes, do a past exam paper, mark it as strict as possible, identify my weakness, do more revision over that point, than do another past exam paper. It's more than important for you to make a note of the grade you got for each paper, so you can see your progress. I am in year 10 (still have almost 2 years for my exams), and as a result, this might not be exactly what you were looking for, but anyways, hope it helped.

I am in year 11 and I use ExamTime I find it really helpful
