BTEC level 3 subsidiary diploma in applied science

My conditional offers require me a distinction in my btec which is equivalent to one a level. Now the thing is, BTEC and my teachers are really strict this year and I'm being treated unfairly. My teacher won't set me distinction work for Unit 34 Criminal Psychology so I've found the spec on the Pearson website's pdf files. But I'm still so stuck! I feel like most of it would be repeated which isn't an issue. The problem is, I've handed in the merit work which is what the distinction is based on. No one else in my class is helping me. It's due this MONDAY.
I could only advise telling your teachers you NEED distinction to get onto your course and telling them its important. Maybe get your parents too to talk to them
