How tall are you? People are generally scared of tall people, or rather at least won't mess around with them. Get hoodies and a large black coat (my general wear) and you look alot larger than you actually are. Plus I'm usually in a terrible mood :p:. Oh, having a broken hand helps too, people assume you did it on someones face....

Truly man, don't worry about it, they are a small group, most people who dress like chavs aren't chavs by behaviour anyways, you really can't judge someone on what they wear (all the people above who are...will go mad if you judge someone based on colour ).
a chav isnt a chav because of what they wear. and in my area if they are wearing those clothes they probably are. the double buggies being pushed by 16 year olds in pink trackies give it away or if they are men the lude comments. ive never had much trouble with them myself except for the fact that the chavettes drove me insane when i was forced to socialise with them.

Your friend attempted to KILL one of them?! That is quite disturbing.

Let me understand this. Your friend was threatened, then proceeded to neutralise the threat. After the threat was gone, he then proceeded to attempt to KILL the person who no longer posed a threat?!?!?

    That is very disturbing indeed.
Wouldn't of killed him... well 2 of my other friends were getting beaten BADLY by 10 chavs. I didn't write it clearly enough; as soon as the chav fell onto the floor my friend jumped onto his head.

What the hell do you expect, a few of them had baseball bats, hmmm.... I'm glad he stood up to one of them, friends and people I know keep on getting beaten up:mad:, and they never fight back

Not that bad, but most are still beyond a joke.

I think people must agree with me when I say all chavs must be rounded up and sent to "camps". They pose a danger to society. They have already quit trying to do something with their lives (big generalisation but I still stick by it) and therefore may be more likely to resort to crime in the future.

    I want the streets back!

All of this would be solved if we just killed all poor people.

    1) The latest is that 1 15 year old is being held - he will probably get done for it - the other kids will prob end up with very little (I doubt detenion time) - even though they prob played a large part in it

    2) These Chavs do not fear the police - they know little can be done to them and they know crime is hard to prove - especially minor ones like hitting strangers - they also know most peopel are too afraid to call the police on them. The guy that got murdered went back to his flat, if he would have recovered I bet he wouldn't have bothered with the police.

    3) Most teenage girl chavs are ALREADY producing kids for the future - if the girls on here have a baby at 25 - chav baby will already be 9 or 10 years old, LOL

    4)That video is well fake!

Damn, thats terrible, never thought that kind of thing would happen in Southampton area. usually quite quiet round there. That's usually a good night in Portsmouth...

I hope them little ****s get a good hard bit of bird, as they deserve it. Chavs are just idiots, and this adds to my ever growing Hatred towards them.

Chances are, they will be let off lightly with a tiny sentance, and be roaming the street again by the time they are 18..

It takes a murder for the police to do something about their behaviour.. Damn this country... :dong:

So if a chav is not a chav by dress...how do you know they are a chav unless you speak to them? Can someone give me a clearcut definition of a chav...

I live in Stockton, which is an absolute dump. I've never encountered one of these fabled 'chavs'. A group of kids used to hang around outside my place of work on a friday...because they were bored and didn't want to sit in front of the telly every night of their lives. I talked to them all the time, nice kids really, just bored and slightly pissed off that they had to be so. They smoked draw and drank underage...didn't make them bad people.

All I'm saying is you should hear yourselves. I know it is slightly tongue in cheek, but everything has an element of seriousness to it. Talking about camps and stuff, is slightly worrying you know? It is all hyperbole and rhetoric, how are you deciding who is a chav and who is not, if not by dresscode?

like i said before the double buggy by the age of 16 (and i dont mean twins), thats not an exageration. and if im out with a group of male friends then random male chavs will come over and try and start fights with them and ask for ****. im not saying that everyone in a tracksuit is a chav but all the guys who try and start fights are allways dressed in the typical chav uniform. if you have never experienced this then your area cant be too bad.

Personally I think if you attack someone without any sort of motive or provocation then you should be put in prison for a long time. Simple. Or, of course, given over to the care of Her Majesty's state medical officials.

It is the same few people that are causing most of the crime in this country.

I've always wondered why chavs think you'll give them a free cigarette or go and buy them alcohol, committing a crime with no advantage to you.

I got asked by a chavette if I'd pull her mate once... that was bizarre.

No, they simply know I will not take ****. I'm not hard, not tough, but I won't take **** off people with no courtesy or respect. If your males friends do, it is not surprising they get started upon, word travels, and these things can be picked up upon unfortuneately.

They speak as slopily as they can. They usually have eye lashes thicker than their eyebrows, orange foundation ect. *Fake blonde hair, very straight.

*Although of course this is not always chavy, but a lot of chavs do have it.
