    Because if there are loads more cases of anorexia then this is not beneficial to society as it is a constraint on the NHS. For the same reason, limitations on advertising cigarettes were implemented.
    But this is different as av ban would be discriminatory against underweight people. And anyway, banning them from advertising would by no means keep them hidden from the public eye; they would have to banned from films, TV, catwalks, etc. People like Kate Moss will never just disappear from public eye.
