just bring up the topic of relationships, ask her whats the longest relationship she has had or if she has any weird ex boyfriends or something

There has been speculation that she might be seeing someone, but it hasn't been confirmed...which is why i need to find out!

I duno really, I'm not normally a shy person!
Just be straightforward and ask her. You obviously want to know because you like her, so this way you are letting her know that, without the chance of rejection.

And what if she says she is going out with someone? I'm a rubbish actor, i would not be able to pretend I'm nonplussed about it all!
