    The question is:

"Explain the "mischief", "literal" and "golden" rules for statutory interpretation. Describe the special approaches that apply to the interpretation of EU law, "Convention rights" and the Scotland Act 1998."

Forgetting the first half, how should I do the 2nd part (Describe...)?

Is it to be done as though how they create legislation (EU is primary +binding, Scotland has to fit to devolved powers+EU) or is it whether they use the literal/golden/mischief rule?

Any advice would be great .
