Is there a better time to learn than at 0010 I ask myself?! I've got 3 racquets...
Squash is brilliant! I'm glad I'm not the only one that's gone to the squash courts after 12am as I couldn't sleep - or maybe I am.
Everyone should take up squash, cures insomnia!

At home about 11ish, at uni usually about 1ish.
Hmmm, I should go to sleep earlier as well. Might do so now, at the start of my 20th year.

Amazing, I'd love to do that a lot more. And in rain too...

But I always worry that it's causing noise.

Lie in bed and count the breeze blocks. You'll be asleep in seconds.

You did the impossible task?! You are more of a man than I thought. I was asleep by about 53...

I did start to lose conciousness though so am fairly sure I made some counting errors.

Happy B'daY!
Thanks

During a test once, I got so bored that I counted the tiles, the lights, which ones were working, and which ones weren't and drew a plan of the lecture theature.

Ok guys, I don't think i'm going to be able to sleep at all tonight. Too much on the mind, has anyone got any tips for me to just forget everything and get to sleep other than getting absolutely trashed?
Find a wall, head down, aim, run like crazy, works a treat for me!!

Haha. In my general studies exam I had competitions with myself to see how long I could hold my breath for That was probably unwise though as I would have been a little embarrassed if I'd made myself pass out that way!!

Regular sleep patterns are very important and helpful for getting to sleep if feasible. Don't get too much sleep. Get up early and do exercise in the early evening. Read a book. Have a whiskey
