    my pc is just a mess and wont do anything i tell it so im thinking of restoring it but have any of u done this b4 and can it damage the system

    yea id have to install everything again from scratch which is time consuming

    you should hav a cd that came with ur computer that reboots ur comp its some 'recovery' cd or somthing but u hav to save all ur files and reinstall it after
